HOPE HIV
Kenyan children HOPE HIV seeks to offer children in sub-Saharan Africa who have been affected or infected by HIV/AIDS, the love, protection and support they need to build foundations of hope for the future within their communities.

From this generation of orphans can come a generation of future leaders: leaders of families, schools, communities and businesses who will influence the future of Africa.

HOPE HIV has long-term relationships with over 22 African community based partner organisations in East and Southern Africa that reach children across 9 countries, touching over 400 local communities. Since the work began in 1999, it has directly transformed the lives of over 100,000 orphans.

Camp Coconut
Playground treehouse at Camp Coconut, Sri Lanka Following the 2004 tsunami thousands of children in Sri Lanka were left orphaned, homeless or traumitised by the sudden floods and consequent destruction of property and livelihoods.

Camp Coconut is an activity centre where groups of local children and visiting residential groups can come and play, learn new skills and have fun in a safe and supervised environment.

Camp Coconut helps build personal confidence and lifeskills through activities that would otherwise be unavailable to the children.

Through recreation and education, children rediscover their childhood aspirations and are equipped with new self belief and hope in the future.

RICF
Boys at Acasa house, Romania 18 years after the overthrow of Ceausescu's Communist regime, children are still being abandoned and are still living on the streets in Romania. Romania International Children's Foundation (RICF) was established to provide loving families for abandoned or orphaned Romanian children.

RICF's aim is to see children reunited with their immediate or extended families. Where this does not provide a solution, children are placed them with a Romanian foster family.

Until a suitable family is found, or if a placement turns out to be unsuccessful, RICF cares for the children in a home setting and provide them with food, clothing, education and all the support they need to help them reintegrate into Romanian society.
