SwapBabysitting Beta
SwapBabysitting is currently in a beta phase. The term "beta" is a web-trendy way
of telling people this site isn't perfect. [insert gasp here]
It's a way to get a website online faster and then let the community of users help to get the site just as everyone wants it to function. And hey, all the cool kids are in beta.
Is the web site finished?
Yes and no! SwapBabysitting is fully functional and we have done lots of testing
to make sure it works. But, we know it is not perfect yet so we will keep working
on the rough edges.
We are continually looking for ways to improve the system, so please send us
feedback or an email with
your suggestions about how we can make things better.
What is likely to change?
We really want to make the site effective and easy to use. We'll look at improving
the wording and layout of the web site to keep it simple, and we'll look at the
process of finding and organising a babysitter to make it as easy as we can.
We're also working on integrating with a little known site called Facebook ...
